This research is motivated by the unavailability of digital-based interactive learning media for IPAS learning in Grade IV Elementary School, Cluster 1, Baso District, Agam Regency. This study aimed to produce Articulate Storyline 3-based interactive learning media on Cultural Diversity and Local Wisdom material that is valid, practical, and effective. This R&D study used the ADDIE development model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The results showed that the media obtained an average validity percentage of 94.7% (very valid) based on material experts (87.5%), media experts (96.7%), and language experts (100%). Teacher practicality reached 97.5% at SDN 20 Tabek Panjang and 100% at SDN 01 Baringin Anam, while student practicality reached 97.5% and 97.2% respectively (all very practical). Learning outcomes increased significantly from 67% to 87% at SDN 20 Tabek Panjang (7 students, 100% mastery) and from 71.8% to 89.1% at SDN 01 Baringin Anam (22 students, 100% mastery). Thus, the developed media is declared valid, practical, and effective for IPAS learning in Grade IV Elementary School.
