Agility is an essential physical component in futsal, yet many MTs students still have low agility, which affects their ability to play futsal. Objective: This study aims to determine the effect of agility ladder and cone drills training on the futsal performance of MTs Baburahman Waetuo students. Methods: This research employed a correlational method with a quantitative approach. The population consisted of all students of MTs Baburahman Waetuo in the 2024/2025 academic year, totaling 41 students. The sample was selected using proportional random sampling, consisting of 10 students. The research instruments included passing tests, dribbling tests, agility ladder tests, and cone drills tests. Data analysis was conducted using the product moment correlation test with the assistance of SPSS. Results: The Sig. (2-tailed) value for all three hypotheses was 0.000 (<0.05), indicating that agility ladder training has a significant effect on futsal performance (r = -0.958), cone drills training also has a significant effect (r = -0.947), and the combination of both exercises shows a significant effect. Conclusion: There is a significant effect of agility ladder and cone drills training on the futsal performance of MTs Baburahman Waetuo students. It is recommended that physical education teachers integrate these two exercises regularly into their training programs.
