This study aims to determine: 1) the forms of assistance carried out by students’university as facilitators in the Teaching Campus Program at SDN 12 Pangkajene to improve student literacy, and 2) the pedagogical approach strategies used by university students’ in assisting as literacy facilitators at SDN 12 Pangkajene. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show: 1) the type of mentoring carried out by university students’ as facilitators in the Teaching Campus program at SDN 12 Pangkajene is implemented through literacy guidance, paired reading, educational games, and the optimization of literacy gardens and reading corners. This mentoring has an impact on improving reading comprehension skills, learning motivation, self-confidence, and collaboration between students and teachers in fostering a sustainable literacy culture. 2) the pedagogical approach strategies used by university students’ as facilitators include collaborative, conceptual, and activity-based approaches. These three approaches have proven effective in gradually enhancing student engagement, understanding of reading concepts, and critical thinkingskills.
