This study aims to analyze the influence of teacher work motivation, teacher work discipline, and work commitment on teacher performance at Public Elementary Schools in Pondok Ranji Village, South Tangerang. The research approach used is quantitative with an associative method. The population in this study were all Public Elementary School teachers in Pondok Ranji Village, South Tangerang with a sample of 101 respondents. Data collection techniques were carried out through a questionnaire with a Likert scale instrument that has been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis includes classical assumption tests and multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS software version 27. The results of the study indicate that partially, there is a positive and significant influence of Work Motivation on teacher performance with the equation model Ŷ = -5.693 + 1.042X1. Work Commitment is also proven to have a positive and significant influence on teacher performance with the model Ŷ = -22.236 + 1.131X2. Likewise, Work Discipline has a positive and significant influence on teacher performance through the equation model Ŷ = 4.282 + 0.979X3. Simultaneously, these variables contribute a very strong influence on teacher performance with an F-value of 375.973 and a significance level of 0.000. As an illustration, the coefficient of determination test shows that together the variables of Work Motivation, Work Commitment, and Work Discipline contribute 92.1% to teacher performance, while the remaining 7.9% is influenced by other factors outside the variables of this study. The results of the analysis also show that Work Discipline provides the most dominant contribution in improving teacher performance with the highest Standardized Coefficients Beta value of 0.944.
