Tenaga kesehatan yang bekerja di laboratorium rentan untuk mengalami stres kerja.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan tingkat stres kerja pada Tenaga Kesehatan. Desain penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif menggunakan metode survey analitik dengan desain cross sectional. Sampel penelitian ini, yaitu seluruh tenaga kesehatan yang bekerja di BBLK Palembang sebanyak 43 orang. Hasil penelitian ini mendapatkan dari 43 responden yang mengalami stres kerja sebanyak 12 orang (27,9%). Disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan antara masa kerja dengan tingkat stres kerja pada tenaga kesehatan, dengan p value (0,012) ; ada hubungan antara komunikasi interpersonal dengan tingkat stres kerja pada tenaga kesehatan, dengan p value (0,017) di BBLK Palembang. Disarankan agar pihak manajemen BBLK Palembang memperjelas tugas-tugas dari tenaga kesehatan agar tidak terkesan tumpang tindih, seperti dengan melakukan sosialiasi penerapan Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) dan pembagian tugas pokok, fungsi serta job description secara berkala.Kata kunci : Komunikasi Interpersonal, Masa Kerja, Stres KerjaTHE FACTORS THAT RELATED TO THE LEVEL OF OCCUPATIONAL STRESS ON HEALTH PERSONNEL AT THE CENTER OF HEALTH LABORATORYPALEMBANGAbstractHealth workers who work in laboratories are vulnerable to work stress. The samples of this study, namely all health workers working at BBLK Palembang as many as 43 people. The results of this study obtained from 43 respondents who experienced work stress as many as 12 people (27.9%). It was concluded that there was a relationship between tenure and work stress levels for health workers, with p value (0.012); there is a relationship between interpersonal communication and the level of work stress on health workers, with p value (0.017) at BBLK Palembang. It is recommended that the management of BBLK Palembang clarify the duties of health workers so as not to seem overlapping, such as by conducting socialization on the application of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and the division of main tasks, functions and job descriptions on a regular basis.Keywords : Interpersonal Communication, Working Period, Work Stress
