ABSTRAKTuberkulosis Paru (TB Paru) adalah penyakit infeksi yang disebabkan oleh bakteri Mycobacterium tuberculosis, kuman ini berstruktur lemak dan dapat membuat lebih lama terhadap berbagai gangguan fisik, kimia dan asam. Masalah yang sering muncul pada TB paru adalah bersihan jalan napas tidak efektif, Salah satu teknik non farmakologi yang dapat digunakan dalam mengatasi ketidakefektifan bersihan jalan nafas ialah dengan penerapan fisioterapi dada. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi literatur review yang menggunakan sumber literatur yang berbentuk buku, artikel ilmiah, khususnya yang terpublikasi. Dengan melakukan pencarian melalui database Google scholar, Researgate, dan Microsoft Academy dari tahun 2015-2020. Hasil penelitian dari beberapa artikel penelitian yang telah di dapatkan, menunjukkan bahwa penerapan fisioterapi dada sangat efektif dalam mengatasi ketidakefektifan bersihan jalan nafas pada pasien TB Paru. Penerapan Fisioterapi Dada dapat di terapkan atau dilakukan oleh perawat maupun keluarga yang telah diajarkan terlebih dahulu.Kata Kunci : Fisioterapi Dada, Ketidakefektifan Bersihan Jalan Nafas, TB ParuDaftar Pustaka : 9 (2015-2020)ABSTRACTPulmonary tuberculosis (pulmonary tuberculosis) is an infectious disease caused by the bacterium Mycobacterium tuberculosis, this germ has a fat structure and can make it longer against a variety of physical, chemical and acid disorders. The problem that often arises in pulmonary TB is ineffective airway clearance. One of the non-pharmacological techniques that can be used in overcoming the ineffectiveness of airway clearance is by applying chest physiotherapy. This study uses a literature review study method that uses literary sources in the form of books, scientific articles, especially those published. By searching through Google Scholar, Researgate, and Microsoft Academy databases from 2015-2020. The results of research from several research articles that have been obtained, show that the application of chest physiotherapy is very effective in overcoming the ineffectiveness of airway clearance in pulmonary TB patients.
