<![CDATA[AbstractKPRI Harapan Sejahtera IAIN Syech Nurjati Cirebon is a cooperative whose members are employees of the agency IAIN Syekh Nurjati Cirebon. This KPRI adheres to the principles of Shariah, all the transactions carried out Shari'ah principle that each transaction is rated as valid if the transaction has fulfilled the terms of its pillars, if not fulfilled then the transaction is canceled. KPRI Harapan Sejahtera IAIN Syech Nurjati Cirebon have the products offered to its customers, among its financing murabahah contract. In practice, this product is not fully in accordance with the Shari'a. Still there is a term tolerance and this is due to the transition from conventional cooperative to cooperative Shari'ah. Key words : cooperative, islamic economic AbstrakKPRI Harapan Sejahtera IAIN Syech Nurjati Cirebon adalah Koperasi yang beranggotakan karyawan dari instansi yaitu IAIN Syekh Nurjati Cirebon. KPRI ini menganut azas syari’ah, semua transaksi yang dilakukan harus berprinsip syari’ah yakni setiap transaksi dinilai sah apabila transaksi tersebut telah terpenuhi syarat rukunnya, bila tidak terpenuhinya maka transaksi tersebut batal.KPRI Harapan Sejahtera IAIN Syech Nurjati Cirebon memiliki produk-produk yang ditawarkan kepada nasabahnya, diantara nya pembiayaan dengan akad murabahah. Pada prakteknya produk ini belum sepenuhnya sesuai dengan syari’ah. Masih ada istilah toleransi dan hal ini dikarenakan masa transisi dari koperasi konvensional ke koperasi syari’ah.Kata Kunci : koperasi, ekonomi islam. ]]>
