<![CDATA[Internet network performance plays an important role in supporting communication and data exchange activities within government agencies such as the National Narcotics Agency (BNN) of Central Kalimantan Province, which requires a reliable and stable network system so that administrative processes, reporting, and information access can run optimally. This study aims to monitor and analyze network performance at the BNN Office of Central Kalimantan Province using the Wireshark application. Data collection was carried out through a packet capture process on the network during peak hours, namely between 09.00 and 11.00 WIB. Data collection was carried out for 5 working days in the general section. Based on the packet capture process, the results show that the internet network performance at the BNN Office of Central Kalimantan Province is in a stable condition and is suitable for use, although there are still variations in performance during peak hours due to the increase in the number of users and device workload. The results of this study can be a reference for implementing bandwidth management and optimizing access point configurations to improve network efficiency.]]>
