<![CDATA[The Correctional Center (BAPAS) is part of the correctional system that has an important role in the process of fostering clients outside the correctional institution. This research aims to find out how the contribution of Bapas class II Baubau in carrying out the development of correctional clients in the community. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach. Data were obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation studies during the implementation of the Field Work Lecture. The results of the study showed that second-class Baubau fathers carried out coaching through guidance, supervision, and social assistance activities for correctional clients. These efforts are made to help clients adjust and return to their normal role in the community. In its implementation, there are still several obstacles, such as limited resources and low compliance levels for some clients. However, Bapas Class II Baubau still tries to carry out his duties and functions optimally. Therefore, it is concluded that Bapas Class II Baubau takes a fairly important role in supporting the process of fostering correctional clients.]]>
