This research was motivated by the low understanding of fifth-grade students at SDN Tegalkalong, Sumedang Regency, West Java, in calculating zakat (Islamic tithe), both zakat fitrah and zakat mal. The objectives were to develop the SULTAN NYASAR interactive web-based digital learning media and to test its effectiveness. The research employed Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE model, combined with a pre-experimental one-group pretest-posttest design. Thirty fifth-grade students (11 male, 19 female) participated. Instruments included a pretest and posttest (each consisting of 10 multiple-choice questions) and a response questionnaire. Data were analyzed using paired t-test and N-Gain. Results showed a significant improvement: mean pretest score = 56.8, mean posttest score = 86.2 (N-Gain = 0.72, high category). Expert validation results showed high validity (content expert: 93.75%; media expert: 92.5%). The website was developed purely using Visual Studio Code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), with coding assistance from AI DeepSeek. The audio recitations were recorded by the researchers themselves, and the background music for the memorization song was downloaded from Google. The features include a user guide aligned with Fiqh learning outcomes (understanding voluntary fasting, zakat, infaq, alms, gifts, halal and haram food and drink), comprehensive material with audio recitations and a memorization song, seven types of zakat calculators, two interactive games, and a Q&A section. The study concludes that SULTAN NYASAR is valid, practical, and effective for teaching zakat calculation in elementary Islamic education. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya pemahaman siswa kelas V SDN Tegalkalong, Kabupaten Sumedang, Jawa Barat, dalam menghitung zakat (fitrah dan mal). Tujuan penelitian adalah mengembangkan media pembelajaran digital berbasis web interaktif SULTAN NYASAR dan menguji efektivitasnya. Penelitian menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan model ADDIE dan desain pre-eksperimen one-group pretest-posttest. Subjek berjumlah 30 siswa kelas V (11 laki-laki, 19 perempuan). Instrumen yang digunakan adalah pretest dan posttest (masing-masing 10 soal pilihan ganda) serta angket respons siswa. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji t berpasangan dan N-Gain. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan: nilai rata-rata pretest = 56,8, posttest = 86,2 (N-Gain = 0,72, kategori tinggi). Hasil validasi ahli menunjukkan kelayakan tinggi (ahli materi: 93,75%; ahli media: 92,5%). Website dikembangkan murni menggunakan Visual Studio Code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) dengan bantuan AI DeepSeek dalam penulisan kode. Audio bacaan Al-Qur'an direkam oleh peneliti sendiri, dan musik latar lagu penghafal asnaf diunduh dari Google. Fitur website meliputi panduan penggunaan yang selaras dengan capaian pembelajaran Fikih (memahami puasa sunah, zakat, infak, sedekah, hadiah, makanan halal haram), materi komprehensif dengan audio dan lagu, tujuh jenis kalkulator zakat, dua permainan interaktif, dan rubrik tanya jawab. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah bahwa SULTAN NYASAR valid, praktis, dan efektif untuk pembelajaran perhitungan zakat di pendidikan dasar Islam.
