<![CDATA[Film was born a great idea to bridge communication by combining two language reality containing historical existence. By utilizing content analysis introduced by Ole Holsty involving tow coder, this study aims to analyze percentage of the representation of struggle for democracy on The Lady film and to prove whether The Lady film represents woman as main figure for Burmese democracy. This study suggests that struggle for democracy in The Lady film is dominated by popular support which becomes a bedrock for The Lady script. This also suggests that ideology inception on struggle rooted from the power of "the people of the state" not the figure does exist on this film. Film lahir sebagai sebuah gagasan besar untuk menjembatani komunikasi dengan melakukan kombinasi dua realitas bahasa yang mengandung eksistensi historis. Dengan menggunakan analisis isi oleh Ole Holsty yang melibatkan 2 coder, studi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana persentase representase perjuangan demokrasi dalam film The Lady dan benarkah film The Lady merepresentasikan perempuan sebagai tokoh utama penggerak perjuangan demokrasi di Burma. Studi ini menunjukkan perjuangan demokrasi dalam film The Lady sangat didominasi oleh popular support (dukungan rakyat) yang menjadi bedrock disusunnya naskah film The Lady. Studi ini juga menunjukkan adanya ideology inception terkait perjuangan mengakar dari kekuatan “the people of the state” bukan pada figur atau ketokohan. ]]>
