Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Implementasi Kebijakan Disiplin Apartur Sipil Negara pada Dinas Pemudah Dan Olah Raga di Kabupaten Banggai. Informan dalam penelitian ini yaitu para Aparatur Sipil Negara yang berada di Dinas. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan kualitatif dengan pengambilan informan secara purposive sampling dan jumlah informan terpilih Jenis yang akan dipilih pada penelitian ini terdiri dari Kepala Dinas. Sekretaris Dinas, Kepala Sub bagian Kepegawaian dan Umum, staf Dina Pemuda dan Olah raga Kabupaten Banggai. Metode pengambilan dan pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teori yang digunakan yaitu teori implementasi kebijakan dari Edward III yang meliputi Komunikasi, Sumber Daya, Disposisi, dan struktur Birokrasi. Hasil penelitian mengenai Implementasi Kebijakan Disiplin Apartus Sipil Negara pada Dinas Pemuda dan Olah Raga Kabupaten Banggai menunjukkan bahwa dalam tahap sumber daya belum berjalan dengan Baik karena pelaksana kebijakan yaitu Kepala Dinas transparan dalam sumber daya finansial cukup Baik Sedangkan dalam tahap komunikasi, disposisi dan struktur birokrasi Cukup Baik. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the Discipline Policy for State Civil Apparatus at the Office of Youth and Sports in Banggai Regency. The informants in this study were the State Civil Servants who were in the Service. The type of research used is qualitative by taking informants by purposive sampling and the number of selected informants. The type to be selected in this study consists of the Head of the Service. Secretary of Service, Head of Sub Division of Civil Service and General Affairs, staff of Dina Youth and Sports of Banggai Regency. Methods of data collection and collection include observation, interviews and documentation. The theory used is the theory of policy implementation from Edward III which includes Communication, Resources, Disposition, and Bureaucratic structures. The results of research on the implementation of the Discipline Policy for the State Civil Apart at the Youth and Sports Service of Banggai Regency show that in the resource stage it has not been going well because the policy implementer, namely the Head of the Service, is transparent in financial resources, is quite good. Well.
