Introduction & Objective: Obesity has become a global health problem that requires sustainable intervention. This activity aims to build active movement habits in obese people through the implementation of the "Sit Less, Move More" program. The purpose of this activity is to reduce daily sitting time by up to 30 minutes, increase light to moderate physical activity, and create an environment that supports healthy behavior. Method: Using a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach with clear and measurable stages. There were 22 obese participants who voluntarily participated in the program for 9 weeks. Results: Shows Knowledge About the Dangers of Sedentary Behavior and the Importance of Physical Activity has increased before and after the program, the physical activity of respondents has changed from mostly having moderate activity to high physical activity, There is a change in BMI Obesity level II (≥30.0) to Obesity level 1 (25.0-29.9) as many as 3 people. Discussion: The advantages of this program are small movements that are easily integrated into daily routines, which are more sustainable than heavy exercise that requires time and additional costs, and teaches that every movement is very important so as to change the perception that physical activity can only be done with exercise in fitness centers. This program creates collective awareness and social support among participants, which is the key to the sustainability of the intervention. It is recommended to continue this program with a longer duration for long-term impact evaluation, further research is needed to identify factors that influence the sustainability of healthy behavior after the program is completed.
