Abstract

A very large population is the capital owned by the country to achieve sustainable national development. Women are one of the human capital that must receive special attention from the government so as not to lose the country's productivity potential. Bali Province shows that the level of female labor force participation in Bali Province is 70.63 percent, which has a fairly high difference compared to the level of male labor force participation in Bali Province, which is 83.55 percent. The purpose of this study is to analyze and obtain empirical evidence of the influence of patrilineal culture, education level and work involvement simultaneously and partially on the productivity of female labor in Bali Province. The results of this study are: 1) the patrilineal culture variable has a positive and significant partial effect on the productivity of female labor in Bali Province; 2) the education level variable has a positive and significant partial effect on the productivity of female labor in Bali Province; and 3) the work involvement variable has a positive and significant partial effect on the productivity of female labor in Bali Province.
