IKM Griya Tiwul Bueka is an industry that operates in the field of processing cassava into instant tiwul. The aim of the research is to determine the added value obtained from processing cassava into instant tiwul using the Hayami method and to determine the marketing strategy using SWOT analysis. The results of the research are (1) the first objective shows that with an input of 600kg/week, an output of 108kg/week is obtained with a product price of IDR 12,500/600 grams, an added value of IDR 1,678.33/kg is obtained with a value added ratio of 46.6%. The profit obtained was IDR 1,595.0/kg with a profit ratio of 95.0%. The owner's compensation for labor production factors and other input contributions are 4.4% and 11.7% respectively, so that the company's profit is 83.9%. (2) the second objective shows that the results of the SWOT analysis of the marketing strategy carried out are in the form of an aggressive strategy with more focus on the SO (Strength-Opportunity) strategy by maximizing strengths consisting of good product quality and products that have MUI halal certificates as well as taking advantage of existing opportunities such as full support from the regional government, availability of sufficient raw materials and having many distributor agents so as to maximize product marketing in the future.
