Micro, small, and medium enterprise (MSME) actors in the kilogram-snack sector within the Delta Sari Indah Housing Complex remain dependent on traditional marketing methods, leaving the potential of social media as a promotional channel largely underutilized. This situation has resulted in limited market reach and stagnant business revenue. This community service program was designed to enhance the capacity of MSME actors in adopting creative promotion strategies based on digital platforms through an intensive mentoring scheme. The implementation stages included partner needs mapping, visual content production workshops, business digital account creation, upload management guidance, and achievement evaluation. The results obtained showed significant progress, including improved skills among partners in producing communicative and visually engaging photo and video content, a surge in the number of followers and audience engagement levels on digital platforms, as well as growth in order volume following the implementation of these strategies. This program affirms that innovative utilization of social media can serve as an effective and sustainable instrument in boosting the sales performance of kilogram-snack MSMEs. ABSTRAK Para pelaku usaha mikro kecil dan menengah (UMKM) di bidang jajanan kiloan kawasan Perumahan Delta Sari Indah masih bergantung pada cara-cara pemasaran tradisional, sehingga potensi media sosial sebagai kanal promosi belum dimanfaatkan secara maksimal. Kondisi ini berimbas pada terbatasnya jangkauan pasar dan stagnasi pendapatan usaha. Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dirancang untuk mendorong peningkatan kapasitas para pelaku UMKM dalam mengadopsi strategi promosi kreatif berbasis platform digital melalui skema pendampingan intensif. Tahapan pelaksanaan mencakup pemetaan kebutuhan mitra, workshop produksi konten visual, pembentukan akun bisnis digital, bimbingan pengelolaan unggahan, hingga tahap evaluasi capaian. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan perkembangan yang signifikan, antara lain meningkatnya keterampilan mitra dalam memproduksi konten foto maupun video yang komunikatif dan menarik, lonjakan jumlah pengikut serta tingkat keterlibatan audiens pada platform digital, serta pertumbuhan volume pesanan pasca-implementasi strategi tersebut. Program ini menegaskan bahwa pemanfaatan media sosial secara inovatif mampu menjadi instrumen yang efektif sekaligus berkelanjutan dalam mendongkrak kinerja penjualan UMKM jajanan kiloan.
