<![CDATA[The construction of the Darussalam Mosque in Merjosari, Malang, requires a schedule plan and budget implementation plan (RAP) as a reference for implementation and to seek funding sources in order to run smoothly, effectively, and efficiently. The schedule plan and RAP can estimate how long the mosque construction will take and how much funding is needed. To that end, the mosque management requested Polinema's support in providing technical guidance in planning the schedule and budget for the construction of the mosque through the PKM team. The schedule was planned using the Barchart and S-curve methods with the help of MS Project. The RAP was prepared based on the 2024 Malang City HSPK and AHSP Permen PUPR No. 10 of 2023. The results of the schedule and budget planning show a planned completion duration of 168 calendar days with 6 working days per week and 8 working hours per day. The planned implementation budget is IDR 3,161,449,934.00 with a total building area of 653 m2, or IDR 4,845,134.00 per m2 excluding VAT.]]>
