Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs play a strategic role in responding to climate change through adaptation, mitigation, and strengthening community environmental resilience. This study aims to analyze the role of PT PLN Indonesia Power's CSR program at the Cilegon Sub-district Office in Margagiri Village using a qualitative descriptive-analytical approach. The results indicate that the CSR program has implemented a sustainable approach through waste management, environmentally friendly agriculture, reforestation, and community empowerment activities. This program contributes to increasing the community's adaptive capacity to climate risks, reducing carbon emissions through mitigation activities, and strengthening environmental resilience through institutional capacity building, behavioral change, and environmentally-based economic development. The integration of social, economic, and environmental dimensions is a key factor in generating sustainable impact, making this program a potential model for sustainable development-based CSR practices at the local level.
