Abstract

The Link Women Indonesia initiative represents UN Women's pioneering artificial intelligence and digital technology training program designed to address gender disparities in Indonesia's technological workforce. Collaborating with LinkedIn and Markoding, this educational intervention provides comprehensive literacy in artificial intelligence and digital competencies while integrating workplace gender equality principles and professional development modules specifically tailored for women experiencing career interruptions and career starters. This investigation systematically analyzes the curriculum's effectiveness in delivering gender-aware content and highquality technical instruction by examining syllabi, training modules, presentations, audiovisual materials, and supplementary documentation. The analytical framework evaluates curriculum alignment with program objectives, content comprehensibility across diverse participant backgrounds, and potential enhancement opportunities to ensure program sustainability. Findings reveal that the curriculum successfully integrates gender awareness across all training components while maintaining accessible technical content with inclusive pedagogical approaches. However, limitations emerge in advanced skill coverage, opportunities for participant-instructor interaction, and professional networking infrastructure. The research demonstrates that while foundational competencies are effectively established, sustained career competitiveness requires supplementary advanced modules and enhanced networking mechanisms. This evaluation contributes to understanding how gender-responsive technology education can facilitate women's economic empowerment and professional reintegration in digital economy contexts.
