Freedom is a crucial theme in Islamic philosophy and thought because it relates to the human ability to make life choices and be responsible for one's actions. However, freedom is often understood differently, particularly between philosophical and Islamic perspectives. This study's research problem is how the concept of freedom is understood in philosophy and Islam and how the two can be reconciled in everyday life. This study aims to explain the concept of freedom integratively through a dialogue between philosophy and Islam. The research method used is library research with a qualitative-philosophical approach to sources from Western philosophy, Islamic thought, and the Quran. The results of this study hypothesize that philosophy and Islam share a common perspective: freedom is understood as the ability to make conscious choices that are always accompanied by moral, social, and spiritual responsibility.
