Afif Azhar Rahmat, Dr. Yuliati,S.H.,L.LM dan Eny Haryati ,S.H.,M.H Fakultas Hukum Universitas Brawijaya Email: [e-mail]   Abstrak Penelitian ini difokuskan pada permasalahan yang dilatarbelakangi dengan adanya pertentangan norma serta konflik hukum anatara Pasal 67 Undang-Undang Nomor 8 Tahun 2010 Tentang Pencegahan dan Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Pencucian Uang yang menjadi dasar hukum dalam perampasan aset tanpa pemidanaan (Non Conviction Based Asset Forfeiture) dengan Asas Praduga Tidak Bersalah , Penelitian skripsi ini menggunakan metode yuridis normatif dengan metode pendekatan perundang-undangan (statute approach) dan pendekatan kasus (case approach). Bahan hukum primer, sekunder, dan tersier yang diperoleh peneliti akan dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis kualitatif, serta interpretasi secara historis.   Kata Kunci: Perampasan Aset,Perampasan Aset Tanpa Pemidanaan,Asas Praduga Tidak Bersalah   Abstract it is focused on the problems that triggered by the presence of contention a norm and conflicts law state of the article 67 act no. 8 / 2010 on prevention and eradication of criminal acts of money laundering on which to base law in deprivation of assets without pemidanaan ( non conviction based asset forfeiture with the principles of presumption innocent , research thesis this uses the method juridical normative with the methods approach and regulations ( statute approach ) and approach cases ( case approach ) .Material law primary , secondary , and tertiary obtained researchers will analyzed by using a technique qualitative analysis , and interpretation historically .
