This study investigates the theoretical dimensions of Islamic counseling and pesantren culture through a library research methodology with descriptive qualitative analysis. Three central themes are examined: the foundational concepts of Islamic counseling, its theoretical bases, and pesantren culture as a practical context for implementation. Findings reveal that Islamic counseling constitutes professional guidance rooted in the Quran and Hadith, oriented toward helping individuals attain harmony across worldly and spiritual dimensions of life. Its underpinnings span religious, philosophical, psychological, theological, socio-cultural, and pedagogical dimensions. The cultural environment of pesantren, marked by values of tawadhu, ta'awun, patience, and tawakkal, serves as a conducive ecosystem for Islamic counseling. This study concludes that merging Islamic counseling with pesantren culture yields a holistic guidance framework capable of nurturing the complete Muslim personality.
