Background of the study: Digital transformation has prompted libraries to shift from traditional systems to integrated platforms. The ITS Library adopted INLISLite in 2021 to replace SPITS in order to improve digital services. Although it shows satisfactory integration with 79,799 titles and 35,831 members, its implementation still faces limitations, such as inactive digital service modules and a lack of real-time notifications. Purpose: This study aims to evaluate the quality of the INLISLite website based on user perceptions during the system transition phase. Method: Using a descriptive quantitative approach, the study involved 30 library staff as respondents through a questionnaire based on the WebQual+™ dimensions (Usability, Information Quality, and Service Interaction). The data were analyzed using Conformity Level and Gap Analysis as well as Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA). Findings: The results show an overall negative gap of –0.89 with a conformity level of 78.78%, meaning that performance has not met expectations. The Service Interaction dimension has the largest gap (–0.97), especially in system responsiveness and access speed. IPA placed indicators such as access speed, information completeness, and system responsiveness in Quadrant I (Concentrate Here), indicating a top priority for improvement. Conversely, aspects such as data security and information accuracy were in Quadrant II (Keep Up the Good Work), indicating strengths that need to be maintained Conclusion: These findings confirm the need for technical and managerial interventions, particularly server infrastructure optimization and metadata enrichment, to improve the user experience. Thus, INLISLite can evolve from a digital catalog into a responsive and reliable knowledge gateway, supporting the academic ecosystem in the digital ageinformation literacy. Therefore, program development is needed through active learning approaches, adaptation to participants’ abilities, and integration with academic learning. Keywords: INLISLite, WebQual+™, Importance-Performance Analysis, Web service quality, Digital library Latar Belakang: Transformasi digital mendorong perpustakaan beralih dari sistem tradisional ke platform terintegrasi. Perpustakaan ITS mengadopsi INLISLite sejak 2021 untuk menggantikan SPITS, guna meningkatkan layanan digital. I (Concentrate Here), menandakan prioritas utama perbaikan. Sebaliknya, aspek seperti keamanan data dan akurasi informasi berada di Kuadran II (Keep Up the Good Work), menunjukkan kekuatan yang perlu dipertahankan.
