<![CDATA[CCPs are pharmaceutical preparations that require strict temperature control to maintain drug stability. Temperature deviations during storage cause degradation of pharmaceutical product quality. This study aims to analyze the compliance of the CCP storage system based on the five indicators of the CDOB standard as stipulated in BPOM Regulation No. 20 of 2025. The study used a descriptive observational design with a cross-sectional approach through direct observation using standardized observation sheets. Data were analyzed descriptively qualitatively and quantitatively by calculating the percentage of compliance, and the data were processed using Microsoft Excel 2021. The results showed that the compliance level of CCP storage in the Banjarmasin Islamic Hospital Pharmacy Unit was 90.48%, in accordance with the 2025 CDOB BPOM regulations. Temperature monitoring and human resource quality and capacity were fully compliant (100%), building and space systems (87.5%), facilities and infrastructure (75%), and documentation and reporting (87.5%). Non-compliance was influenced by several factors, including limited storage space, the absence of temperature alarms, refrigerator placement that did not meet standard distances, and evidence of equipment calibration. Overall, CCP storage in the pharmacy installation did not fully meet CDOB standards, requiring improvements in infrastructure, completeness of documentation, and optimization of storage space management.]]>
