Cisero Village, Cisurupan District, Garut Regency, has great potential in the agriculture and plantation sectors, especially in Arabica coffee. One of the local businesses, a micro, small and medium enterprise (MSME), produces Arabica coffee but generates red coffee husks that have not been optimally utilized. Through the Community Service Learning (CSL) program, the team innovated by processing coffee waste into herbal beverages with added ginger, lemongrass, honey, and lemon to enhance flavor and health benefits. Additionally, the team designed the RUTILAHU program, which focuses on data collection, house renovation design, and the preparation of a Budget Plan (RAB) submitted to the village government for further action. The implementation method consisted of a preparation stage (survey and discussion), implementation stage (processing of tea, product logo creation, house design, and RAB preparation), and final results (submission of product prototypes, production guidelines, marketing strategies, and RUTILAHU planning documents). The results of the activities show that there is a prototype of a functional beverage ready for distribution and RUTILAHU planning documents ready for use, thus providing a real contribution to the development of village potential, improvement of the local economy, and community welfare.
