<![CDATA[Potato farming is one of the horticultural agribusiness activities that has high economic prospects due to continuously increasing market demand. Potatoes are an important commodity for both household consumption and the food processing industry. Numerous elements, including production costs, selling prices, productivity, and market volatility, have a significant impact on the success of potato farming. To ascertain the degree of efficiency and profits made, a business feasibility study is required since the extensive use of production inputs, such as manpower, fertilizers, pesticides, and better seeds, results in comparatively high business expenses. Thus, the goal of this research is to ascertain the financial viability, revenue, and cost analysis of potato farming, which is crucial for giving a general picture of its sustainability and future growth. at January 2026, this study was carried out at Beras Village, Sumber District, Probolinggo Regency. The results of the R/C Ratio analysis show that potato farming in Beras Village, Sumber District, with a total production cost of IDR 53,330,000 is feasible and profitable. At normal prices, the R/C Ratio was 1.20, indicating that the business still provides profits and is viable. Meanwhile, when the price increases, the R/C Ratio rises to 1.50, meaning that the efficiency and profitability of the business are higher. Based on the results of the R/C Ratio analysis, potato farming in Beras Village, Sumber Subdistrict, is considered feasible and profitable under both selling price conditions, indicating that potato farming has good prospects for development]]>
