Abstrak: Perkembangan interaksi digital siswa meningkatkan risiko cyberbullying dan menuntut kesiapan pendidik dalam mengenali, mencegah, serta merespons kasus secara tepat. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan meningkatkan kapasitas pendidik melalui pelatihan kecerdasan buatan (AI), literasi digital, etika digital, dan simulasi pencegahan cyberbullying. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan pendekatan participatory action melalui tiga tahap, yaitu asesmen kebutuhan, pelatihan hibrida, serta pendampingan dan evaluasi. Mitra kegiatan adalah 30 pendidik tingkat SMP/SMA. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui observasi, umpan balik kualitatif, serta pre-test dan post-test berisi 15 butir pertanyaan. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan rata-rata skor dari 54,3% menjadi 85,7%, atau meningkat 31,4 poin persentase. Peserta juga menunjukkan peningkatan kesadaran terhadap etika penggunaan AI, perlindungan data, dan strategi pendampingan siswa. Program ini menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan AI berbasis praktik dapat memperkuat kesiapan sekolah dalam membangun ekosistem digital yang aman.Abstract: The rapid growth of students’ digital interaction increases the risk of cyberbullying and requires educators to recognize, prevent, and respond to cases appropriately. This community service program aimed to strengthen educators’ capacity through training on Artificial Intelligence (AI), digital literacy, digital ethics, and cyberbullying prevention simulations. The activity applied a participatory action approach through three stages: needs assessment, hybrid training, and mentoring with evaluation. The partners were 30 junior and senior high school educators. Evaluation was conducted through observation, qualitative feedback, and pre- and post-tests consisting of 15 items. The results showed that the average score increased from 54.3% to 85.7%, representing a 31.4 percentage-point improvement. Participants also demonstrated stronger awareness of ethical AI use, data protection, and student support strategies. The program indicates that practice-oriented AI training can strengthen school readiness to build safer digital learning ecosystems.
