This study aims to analyze the influence of work discipline and workload on employee performance at PT Multi Prima Usahatama Site Serang. The research method used is descriptive with a quantitative approach, involving 65 respondents selected through random sampling techniques. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using data instrument testing, classical assumption testing, and multiple linear regression analysis to test the proposed hypotheses. The results of the study indicate that work discipline has a significant effect on improving employee performance. Similarly, workload is proven to have a significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, work discipline and workload together have a significant effect on employee performance. The coefficient of determination obtained indicates that both independent variables have an important role in improving performance, with most variations in employee performance being influenced by factors other than work discipline and workload examined in this study. Based on these findings, the company is advised to continue optimizing discipline management and workload management more effectively to achieve company targets optimally.
