<![CDATA[Purpose: This study aims to examine the effects of compensation and organizational culture on employee performance, with work motivation acting as an intervening variable in an automotive components manufacturing company. Design/Methodology/Approach: This study adopts a quantitative approach using secondary data obtained from employees working in an automotive component manufacturing company during the 2023–2025 period. A purposive sampling technique was employed to target employees within the automotive components manufacturing sector. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression to examine the relationships among compensation, organizational culture, work motivation, and employee performance. Findings: The results indicate that both compensation and organizational culture have a significant effect on employee performance, with work motivation functioning as a mediating variable in the automotive components manufacturing sector. PracticalImplications: This study contributes both theoretically and practically to the development of human resource management frameworks, particularly in understanding the role of compensation and organizational culture in enhancing employee performance through work motivation in the automotive components manufacturing sector.]]>
