This study aims to analyze the influence of the work environment on employee performance at PT Semen Padang, Logistics Distribution Unit. The work environment is considered a crucial factor affecting employee effectiveness and productivity, both through physical aspects such as facilities and workplace comfort, as well as non-physical aspects including interpersonal relationships, leadership, and organizational climate. The research employed a quantitative approach with data collected through questionnaires distributed to employees within the unit. The collected data were analyzed using simple linear regression to examine the relationship and impact of the independent variable on the dependent variable. The findings reveal that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, indicating that better workplace conditions contribute to higher levels of performance. These results highlight the importance of sustainable management of the work environment, both physically and psychologically, in order to enhance productivity and achieve operational targets.
