This study aims to analyze the effect of workload and compensation on employee turnover intention at PT Bina Nusantara Hasanah Tangerang City, both partially and simultaneously. Human resources (HR) are an important asset in the company, so high turnover intention is a problem that must be overcome immediately. Based on the results of the pre-survey, it was found that there was a tendency for employees to want to change jobs which was allegedly influenced by heavy workload and dissatisfaction with compensation. This study used an associative quantitative method with a population of 42 respondents. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS version 20. The results showed that workload had a positive and significant effect on turnover intention with a significance value of 0.047 < 0.05. compensation also had a positive and significant effect with a significance value of 0.006 < 0.05, which suggests that dissatisfaction with compensation strengthens the intention to leave the company. Simultaneously, the two variables had a significant effect on turnover intention with an F value of 5.450 and sig 0.010 < 0.05. however, an R2 value of 0.093 indicates that only 9.3% of turnover intention is influenced by workload and commodification, while the rest is influenced by other factors.
