This study aims to analyze the management system and implementation of administration in the Human Resource Development (HRD) Division of PT. Kepsindo Indra Utama. Human resource administration plays a strategic role in supporting the company’s operational activities, particularly in managing employee data, preparing documents, and regulating internal policies related to human resource management. Kepsindo Indra Utama has implemented a fairly structured administrative system, which includes employee data archiving, attendance recording, and personnel reporting. However, challenges remain in the optimal utilization of information technology, causing certain administrative processes to run less effectively and efficiently. These findings highlight the importance of developing a digital-based administrative system to improve service quality, accelerate workflow, and support the achievement of organizational goals.
