This paper aims to explain the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) program through a teaching assistance activity focused on learning the general journal for service companies at SMA Bunda Hati Kudus. The activity was carried out from August 1, 2025, to November 30, 2025. The teaching program was designed to help students who were found to have not yet fully understood basic accounting lessons by utilizing interactive learning media such as the Kahoot website and a project-based learning approach. Through these methods, students were expected to better understand basic accounting concepts in a more engaging and varied way. The results of the activity showed that the implementation of different learning methods had a positive impact, as indicated by a significant improvement in students’ abilities. In addition, the UNTAR student gained valuable benefits, including improved communication skills, enhanced knowledge of teaching strategies, and practical experience through direct interaction with students in the school environment. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan program Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) melalui kegiatan asistensi mengajar yang berfokus pada pembelajaran jurnal umum untuk perusahaan jasa di SMA Bunda Hati Kudus. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan sejak 1 Agustus 2025 hingga 30 November 2025. Program mengajar dirancang untuk membantu para siswa/i yang diketahui masih belum sepenuhnya memahami pelajaran akuntansi dasar, dengan menggunakan media pembelajaran interaktif berupa website Kahoot serta pendekatan project-based learning. Melalui metode tersebut, siswa/i diharapkan dapat lebih memahami akuntansi dasar dengan cara yang variatif dan menarik. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode pembelajaran yang berbeda memberikan dampak positif, ditandai dengan peningkatan kemampuan siswa secara signifikan. Selain itu, mahasiswa UNTAR memperoleh manfaat berupa peningkatan keterampilan komunikasi, tambahan pengetahuan mengenai strategi pengajaran, serta pengalaman praktik langsung dalam berinteraksi dengan siswa di lingkungan sekolah.
