<![CDATA[The raw material handling process at Kerupuk Mawar MSME is still performed manually by workers. This working method results in non-ergonomic postures and increases the risk of Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs). Therefore, this study aims to develop an ergonomic cart design to reduce the risk of work-related injuries and improve the efficiency of raw material handling activities. The research employed an anthropometric approach to determine the cart dimensions and the Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA) method to evaluate workers' postures before and after the implementation of the proposed design. The results showed that the use of the cart reduced the REBA score for Activity 1 from 4 to 2 and for Activity 2 from 8 to 2. In addition, the average handling time decreased from 81.80 seconds to 60.75 seconds, while the carrying capacity increased from two to four sacks per trip. These findings indicate that the proposed cart effectively reduces ergonomic risks, improves worker comfort, and enhances the efficiency of material handling processes.]]>
