Abstract

This abstract describes the problem of low student interest and learning outcomes caused by the use of conventional media such as whiteboards and PowerPoint presentations, which are power text. This study aims to produce interactive learning media based on Adobe Animate CC for correspondence, and to determine its feasibility and student responses at SMK IPIEMS Surabaya. This study is a research and development (R&D) study using Thiagarajan's 4D model. The procedure consisted of the define, design, and develop stages. Data collection instruments used expert validation sheets and student response questionnaires. The results showed the media was highly feasible based on assessments from material experts (82.75%) and media experts (96.00%), with an average of 89.37%. A limited trial with 20 grade X MP 2 students showed a very positive response of 97.5%, categorized as "very strong." Therefore, this media is suitable for use as a supporting tool for correspondence learning
