<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of school management at SD Negeri Tulangampiang through the implementation of School-Based Management (SBM). The study used a descriptive qualitative approach supported by quantitative descriptive data. Data collection techniques included observation, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires involving the principal, teachers, and educational staff. The results showed that school management at SD Negeri Tulangampiang had been implemented effectively through democratic leadership, transparent financial management, good coordination among school members, and active community participation. The implementation of the Independent Curriculum also supported the improvement of educational quality in schools. However, several obstacles were still found, including limited educational facilities, administrative challenges, and differences in teacher competencies. Various improvement efforts were continuously carried out through teacher competency development, program evaluation, and strengthening cooperation with stakeholders. Overall, the implementation of School-Based Management had a positive impact on improving the effectiveness and efficiency of educational management at SD Negeri Tulangampiang.]]>
