<![CDATA[ABSTRACTThe purpose of this research is to obtain a thorough analysis of the implementation of the city Perda of Surakarta number 14 year 2017 related to the improvement of community service in Kadipiro urban village Banjarsari District City of Surakarta. This research is a descriptive empirical research. Using a qualitative approach. The technique of collecting legal materials used is through interviews and library studies. Legal analysis using qualitative methods. The results of this research show that the quality of service in Kadipiro urban village has been working well as expected among employees appearance, accuracy, reliability, and employee response of Kadipiro urban village. Adapula constraints found in infrastructure facilities are still insufficient, there is no local regulation that regulates the obvious conditions in the expansion of the village in Surakarta, as well as the urban village officer Kadipiro which is a majority new so that in community service is not maximal.Keywords : public service; quality public service; district expansion, kadipiro urban village.]]>
