<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the legal status governing a single candidate’s Regional Head Election Results Dispute in the Constitutional Court. This study uses legal research (doctrinal) that is prescriptive. The approach used is the legislative approach and the conceptual approach. Research uses primary and secondary legal sources obtained through library studies to be further analyzed through the method of deductive reasoning (syllogism). The results of the study show ow the arrangement of the Regional Head Election Results Dispute had dynamics of changes in competence from the Supreme Court to the Constitutional Court. Election of Single Candidates is a new problem for election democracy. With the existence of a single candidate there are also questions regarding anyone as a party as an applicant who can sue the results of a single candidate election. This study examines the Legal Arrangement of Single-Candidate Election Results Disputes in the Constitutional Court. And the Petitioner’s Legal Standing stipulated in the Constitutional Court Regulation No. 2 of 2016]]>
