ABSTRACTThis legal research analyzes and examines the Establishment and Management of Village-Owned Enterprises to Optimize Village-Owned Enterprises in Ngrombo Village, Baki District, Sukoharjo Regency. The research method used in writing this law is a method of empirical or sociological legal research (socio-legal research) that uses legal material consisting of primary data in the form of interviews and secondary data in the form of literature studies. Data were processed using qualitative data analysis techniques using interactive analysis methods. This research was conducted in Ngrombo Village, Baki District, Sukoharjo Regency. The discussion on the writing of this law states that the Establishment and Management of Village-Owned Enterprises to Optimize Village-Owned Enterprises in Ngrombo Village, Baki District, Sukoharjo Regency has been going well and in accordance with the objectives and regulations.Keywords : implementation of laws; village; village-owned enterprises.
