<![CDATA[Healthy development of tourism is very appropriate in order to develop tourism as well sanitation and environmental health by maximizing the empowerment of local communities. This study aims to assess the picture of environmental sanitation in the area of Osing cultural tourism in Banyuwangi. This research is a descriptive analytic study. This research located at Osing cultural tourism which consists of 5 sub-districts. They were Glagah, Licin, Rogojampi, Giri, and Banyuwangi City. Respondents were taken by simple random sampling technique in five sub-districts. Techniques of collecting data covered interviews with questionnaire, observation, and documentation. Data analysis applied descriptive statistics in tabular form with interpretation. The results showed that the environmental sanitation area of Osing cultural tourism was already in good standard, which in the case of water, latrine ownership, trash and healthy bath. Necessary to improve environmental sanitation in this tourist areas are bathroom cleaners in each toilets and garbage collectors tub with strong construction, so as to improve the comfort of visitors and can increase visits to Osing cultural tourism area Osing Banyuwangi.]]>
