<![CDATA[The PkM activity at Santo Fransiskus Asisi Bengkayang High School was motivated by the dominant mindset of job seekers and low resilience of students in facing business risks due to exposure to instant trends on social media. The main objective of this program is to internalize a strong entrepreneurial mentality in order to change the paradigm of students into job creators who are economically independent. The implementation method is carried out through three stages: (1) Preparation Stage, in the form of needs observation and coordination with the school; (2) Implementation Stage, including growth mindset workshops, interactive business simulations, and inspirational sessions with practitioners; and (3) Evaluation Stage, through pre-tests and post-tests to measure changes in student attitudes. The result, after the pre-test and post-test, there was an increase in student understanding regarding the material presented. The Pk Mini activity has an in-depth knowledge impact on high school students in building resilience and economic independence of high school students.]]>
