This study aims to identify avocado cultivation techniques, determine total costs, revenue, income, and profit, and identify the challenges faced in Mr. Nuryadin’s avocado farm in Anjir Pasar Lama Village, Anjir Pasar Subdistrict, Barito Kuala Regency. The study was conducted over a period of 3 months, from January to March 2026. The sampling method used was a case study. The variables observed included avocado cultivation techniques, total costs, revenue, income, and profit for 2025, as well as the challenges faced in the avocado farming operation. The results of the study indicate that the cultivation practices for Mr. Nuryadin’s avocado trees differ slightly from those in previous studies. The challenges faced include a lack of capital, resulting in no pruning, no fruit stimulants, and low fruit set. The financial analysis shows that total costs amounted to Rp 11.171.000, revenue was Rp 15.500.000, income was Rp 10.629.000, and profit was Rp 4.329.000
