The purpose of this study was to identify the implementation of government programs and evaluate their impact on the development of sago processing businesses in Paser Belengkong District. The method used was a mixed methods approach, predominantly descriptive qualitative, supported by simple quantitative analysis using a Likert scale. Data were obtained through interviews with relevant agencies and questionnaires distributed to four sago business owners. The results showed that the level of knowledge (12.5), program implementation (12.75), and program benefits (10.5) were in the sufficient category, indicating that the program was running but not yet optimally and evenly. Meanwhile, the level of program sustainability and expectations (21.25) were in the highly expected category. This indicates that business owners have high expectations for the sustainability of the government program. Therefore, increased outreach, equity, and mentoring are needed to ensure the program runs more optimally and sustainably.
