<![CDATA[Children with intellectual disabilities are particularly vulnerable to sexual violence due to limitations in cognitive functioning that hinder their understanding of bodily changes, personal boundaries, and inappropriate physical contact. Previous assessments have shown that adolescents with intellectual disabilities possess limited knowledge regarding gender, puberty, pregnancy, healthy relationships, and protection from sexual abuse. This issue has become a concern at SLB N 2 Martapura, where insufficient reproductive health knowledge has contributed to recurring cases of pregnancy among female students. This community service program aimed to improve reproductive health knowledge through the use of magnetic crossword puzzle boards and Flip Chat as interactive educational media. These tools were designed to make learning more engaging and accessible for students with intellectual disabilities. Program effectiveness was evaluated using a pre-test and post-test method. The results demonstrated a significant improvement in knowledge levels, with the proportion of students categorized as having good knowledge increasing from 13% (4 respondents) before the intervention to 67% (20 respondents) afterward.
