Abstrak Transformasi digital pada tata kelola pemerintahan desa menjadi strategi penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan publik dan keterbukaan informasi. Desa Pedaleman, Kecamatan Tanara, Kabupaten Serang, Provinsi Banten, belum memiliki media informasi digital yang optimal dalam penyampaian informasi dan pelayanan masyarakat. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan mengembangkan website desa sebagai media informasi dan pelayanan publik digital serta meningkatkan kapasitas aparatur desa dalam pengelolaan sistem informasi digital. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif melalui tahapan analisis kebutuhan, pengembangan website, peluncuran dan uji coba evaluatif, serta pendampingan implementasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa website desa berhasil dikembangkan dan dapat diakses melalui https://desapedaleman.id/ sebagai media informasi publik digital yang mampu meningkatkan akses informasi, transparansi pemerintahan desa, dan kualitas pelayanan publik. Evaluasi dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner berbasis indikator keberhasilan sistem informasi terhadap pengguna awal website yang terdiri dari aparatur desa dan masyarakat. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan tingkat kepuasan pengguna berada pada kategori sangat baik. Meski demikian, pengembangan perlu terus dilakukan agar semakin relevan dengan kebutuhan informasi masyarakat. Pendampingan pengelolaan website juga meningkatkan kapasitas aparatur desa dalam mengelola sistem informasi secara mandiri. Kegiatan pengabdian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan website desa berpotensi mendukung transformasi digital tata kelola pemerintahan desa secara berkelanjutan melalui penguatan infrastruktur digital, peningkatan transparansi pemerintahan, serta penguatan kemitraan antara perguruan tinggi dan pemerintah desa dalam mendukung pembangunan desa berkelanjutan. Pedaleman Village, Tanara District, Serang Regency, Banten Province, has not yet possessed optimal digital information media for disseminating information and delivering public services. This community service program aimed to develop a village website as a digital public information and service platform while enhancing the capacity of village officials in managing digital information systems. The implementation employed a participatory approach through needs assessment, website development, system launching and evaluative testing, and implementation assistance. The results indicate that the village website was successfully developed and can be accessed through https://desapedaleman.id/ as a digital public information platform that enhances information accessibility, government transparency, and the quality of public services. The evaluation was conducted using a questionnaire based on information system success indicators involving early users of the website, including village officials and community members. The evaluation results demonstrate that user satisfaction falls within the very good category. Nevertheless, continuous development is required to ensure that the website remains responsive to community information needs. The assistance in website management also improved the capacity of village officials to independently manage digital information systems. This community service program demonstrates that the development of a village website has the potential to support sustainable digital transformation in village governance through strengthening digital infrastructure, enhancing government transparency, and reinforcing partnerships between higher education institutions and village governments in supporting sustainable rural development.
