Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis internalisasi nilai Pancasila melalui pendidikan seni pedalangan di Sanggar Wayang Ajen, Kota Bekasi. Landasan teoretis mengacu pada konsep pendidikan nilai dan karakter yang menekankan internalisasi norma melalui praktik budaya, serta pandangan Ki Hadjar Dewantara mengenai pendidikan sebagai pembudayaan karakter. Pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus digunakan untuk memahami secara mendalam proses sosialisasi nilai, internalisasi norma, dan pembentukan karakter dalam praktik seni pedalangan. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi partisipan, dokumentasi kegiatan pelatihan, serta analisis interaksi guru-murid, khususnya pada anak usia sekolah dasar dan sekolah menengah pertama. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan seni pedalangan berfungsi sebagai media implementasi nilai Pancasila melalui proses simbolis, naratif, dan performatif. Nilai ketuhanan, kemanusiaan, persatuan, kerakyatan, dan keadilan sosial diinternalisasi melalui lakon wayang, disiplin latihan, pertunjukan kolektif, dan pembiasaan karakter. Temuan ini menegaskan kekuatan pendidikan seni berbasis budaya lokal dalam membangun karakter, memperkuat identitas budaya, menumbuhkan kesadaran sosial, sekaligus menjadi model pembelajaran nilai yang relevan bagi generasi muda. Kata kunci: pendidikan Pancasila, pendidikan karakter, seni pedalangan, Sanggar Seni Wayang Ajen, kearifan lokal Abstract: This study aims to analyze the internalization of Pancasila values through puppetry arts education at Sanggar Wayang Ajen, Bekasi City. The theoretical framework draws on the concepts of value and character education, which emphasize the internalization of norms through cultural practices, as well as Ki Hadjar Dewantara’s view of education as character cultivation. This research employs a qualitative approach with a case study method to gain an in-depth understanding of value socialization, norm internalization, and character development within puppetry practices. Data were collected through participant observation, documentation of training activities, and analysis of teacherstudent interactions, particularly among elementary and junior high school-aged children. The findings indicate that puppetry arts training serves as a medium for implementing Pancasila values through symbolic, narrative, and performative processes. The values of divinity, humanity, unity, democracy, and social justice are internalized through wayang stories, disciplined practice, collective performances, and character habituation. These findings highlight the power of arts-based, culturally rooted education in shaping character, strengthening cultural identity, and fostering social awareness, while providing a relevant and contextual learning model for the younger generation.
