This study aims to examine credit risk management in murabahah financing at Bank Syariah Indonesia by focusing on risk identification, risk management implementation, mitigation strategies, and the effectiveness of risk control practices. The research employs a qualitative approach through library research by reviewing relevant literature, regulations, and previous studies. The findings reveal that the primary credit risks in murabahah financing include payment default, delayed installments, and a decline in customers’ repayment capacity. To address these risks, Bank Syariah Indonesia implements financing feasibility assessments, applies the 5C principle, and conducts continuous financing monitoring. Risk mitigation efforts include the use of collateral, financing restructuring, and intensive customer supervision. The study concludes that systematic credit risk management contributes to maintaining financing quality, reducing the likelihood of non-performing financing, and supporting the operational stability of Islamic banks.
