This study aims to apply the North West Corner (NWC) method to optimize the distribution cost of water gallons at Toko Jaya Party Ardipura, Jayapura. The data used include supply quantity, demand, and delivery cost per gallon collected directly in June 2026. The calculation results show that the NWC method produces a balanced delivery allocation with a total delivery cost of IDR 1,235,000 per day. The optimality test using the MODI method proves that the resulting solution is optimal and does not require further improvement. This method provides a structured distribution pattern and can be used as a basis for decision-making by business management.
