This study aims to analyze the influence of work culture on job satisfaction and its implications for the employee performance at LP3I Jakarta Polytechnic, Cikarang Campus. Specifically, this study seeks to identify the effect of work culture on job satisfaction and employee performance. This research employs a quantitative approach using descriptive and verificative methods. The descriptive method is used to describe the existing conditions of work culture, job satisfaction, and employee performance based on the results of questionnaires distributed to the respondents. Meanwhile, the verificative method is applied to examine the relationships among the research variables.The data were analyzed using SPSS version 26 through instrument validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, simple linear regression analysis, the t-test, the coefficient of determination (R²), and path analysis to determine the direct and indirect effects among the variables. The results indicate that work culture has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction. Furthermore, work culture also has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction was found to act as an intervening variable that mediates the relationship between work culture and employee performance.
