The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of work discipline, motivation, and work environment on the performance of employees of the Balikpapan City Environmental Service. The type of research used is quantitative research. The number of samples in this study were 73 PNS employees of the Balikpapan City Environmental Service. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression and uses the SPSS program. The results of the study show that work discipline, motivation, and work environment together have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the Balikpapan City Environmental Service. It is recommended to pay attention to other factors in an effort to maintain and improve the performance of the Balikpapan City Environmental Service employees.
